the touchpad will switch off after update but then needs to be manually switch back on, then press esc on start up which is the button at the bottom on the left side, then load bios default values... save exit and then install the button/rotation software
The problem is when the touchpad switch off, it's not work after press the on button. I tried reset the battery of BIOS on motherboard. It is can work now, but have new problems. 1, CMOS reset to the default when reboot computer. 2, Computer worked when I keep press the on button but switch off after release. 3, Computer worked well with AC power but I can't switch off it when press the on button. I am so crazy about this problem.
sounds like the bios didnt flash correctly, i have flash my hanvon touchpad twice both went fine,

R u update the Bios to V1.8? I flashed it, but my touchpad shutdown and can't start.

Actually, I tried it. The version is 1.8 in BIOS. Maybe this updata software not perfect.
